    去泰国必吃的六样泰国菜

    1. Larb Moo 泰式辣拌猪肉碎 泰国菜系里有不少的沙拉,只不过用料不一定是蔬果,有的时候也会用上鲜肉。据说这道菜来源自老挝,后来传入泰国。Larb Moo也叫猪肉沙拉,把猪肉碎加入鱼露快炒,然后和辣椒粉等香料一起拌均匀,这样就变成了一道简易而味佳的菜肴。这道菜的主角无疑是肉,而且还用鱼露提鲜过,如果用生菜包起来吃味道刚好,不会过腻。除了拌猪肉,也有拌牛肉(Larb Neua)和鸡肉(Larb Gai)的沙拉。 2. Kaeng Som 酸汤咖喱 Kaeng Som属于咖喱汤类,但和其他咖喱不同,因为在烹煮的过程中不加椰奶,所以汤汁比较稀。汤带有酸味,主要是因为里面放了罗望子(亚叁),和马来西亚的Asam Pedas相似。Kaeng Som以鱼汤作汤底,然后加入各种海鲜和蔬菜一起熬煮,味鲜才是它的卖点。酸酸的味道很开胃,同时辣度也比一般咖喱来得高,而且带有浓浓的海鲜味,不太能接受海鲜或辣的,请慎点。这道菜源自泰国中部,现在在全国各地也能找到,只不过在用料上会有些许的差别。 3. Pad Kra Pao Gai 九层塔炒鸡肉 这道九层塔炒鸡肉是小编的最爱,因为它很下饭,每次点这道菜都可以吃上好几碗米饭。它的做法看似简单,只需把鸡肉丁或者肉碎和大量的辣椒和九层塔一起拿去爆炒,但多亏了酱油和鱼露的调味,出来的成果却是我们始料未及的。这道菜味咸,一般搭配米饭和煎蛋一起吃,是再普遍不过的一道菜。千万不要被九层塔吓跑,这道菜的辛辣味浓郁,根本吃不出九层塔的味道。在吃到双颊发麻之际,再喝上一口冰凉的泰式奶茶解辣,就是最棒的体验。 4. Khao Soi 清迈咖喱面 提到泰北的美食,绝对不能没有清迈咖喱面Khao Soi!浓稠的咖喱是用红咖喱、椰奶和鸡肉熬煮而成,即使不是专业吃货,也不难吃出姜黄和其他香料的味道。这样的组合搭配得恰到好处,也不是其他咖喱面能比得上的。为了增加层次感,卖家会把炸得酥脆的面条撒在上面,而底下的鸡蛋面比较嫩滑,较吸汤汁,所以每吃一口面就能尝到香浓的咖喱汤汁。比较地道的吃法是把洋葱和榨菜一起加入,再挤上少许的酸柑汁。Khao Soi 是一道很经典的泰国面食,也很受大众欢迎,所以如果去到清迈一定要吃一碗看看! 5. Som Tam 青木瓜沙拉 说到泰国的青木瓜沙拉,相信大家都不陌生。它属于凉拌菜,一般作前菜,做法也非常简单,只需把青木瓜切丝再和各种调味料一起拌匀就好了。调味用的是鱼露、辣椒、酸柑和椰糖,同时把甜酸咸辣四种味道融合在一起。这种甜中带辣,酸中带咸的味道很奇妙,让人忍不住多吃几口。未熟的木瓜肉脆,所以吃起来特别爽口,再撒上花生就更锦上添花了。 6.
