The original, first Resort in Punta Cana, dates back to 1985 when tourism first discovered one of the top 10 best beaches in the world. The Resort has seen many revisions and expansions but one element which hasn't changed is the magnificent beach which stretches 3 kilometers to a distant point. A beach-lovers dream. The Resort to which those who remember, return year after year.

There are 3 restaurants: the buffet-style "Ambar", "Mexico Lindo" serving Mexican cuisine and the "Coral" Steak House. The 3 bars -"Carey Tropical", "Coco" and "Cuca" offer a wide range of exotic cocktails and tropical drinks. And you'll hear Merengue music to compliment the true atmosphere of this original retreat. There is one pool facing the pool with a children's pool, and lots of activity during the day.

The great asset to this Resort is the location and that it all flows along the beach, with the Caribbean Sea in vibrant turquoise and cascading palms as a dreamlike setting. Guests also have access to the rest of the facilities in the resort complex, including 11 restaurants or grills, 13 bars, 3 theaters, "Tropicalísimo" Show night and 3 discos and a huge casino. One hotel but with the benefits of multifaceted complex.

Accommodations: Rooms have two double beds or one double bed and a single bed, mini-bar, coffee-maker, in-room safe, satellite TV, full bathroom with tub, shower and hairdryer. Balcony or patio. 600 garden or Ocean view air-conditioned rooms.
